How are permits obtained?
The documents required for the Upper Mustang Tour permits are Passport Copy, Nepal visa, a passport-sized photo, and Travel/Medical Insurance. Once you send these documents to our team of Recreation Holidays, we submit them to the Immigration and Tourism Authorities for verification. As mentioned, the Upper Mustang Tour requires a special Restricted Area Permit. Once verified, permits are issued. Our team will receive and hand the original permit for the Restricted Area Permit with the ACAP permit and TIMS card, if required, to your guide. These permits are checked at different Checkpoints until your tour is completed.
Accommodation
