Manaslu Circuit Trek Short Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Reach Kathmandu, the capital of the Nepalese kingdom, and prepare for your trekking.
Day 2: Drive to Soti Khola
Start your Manaslu Circuit Tour with a drive to Soti Khola (700m) which is also the beginning of the trek.
Day 3: Trek to Machha Khola
Hike through rice paddies, cross the Budhi Gandaki River, and get to Machha Khola.
Day 4: Trek to Jagat
Go on walking along the river, cross another village, later cross a dense forest, and finally reach Jagat.
Day 5: Trek to Deng
Move further up reaching Tibetan-dominated towns accompanied by stunning scenery.
Day 6: Trek to Namrung
Camp at Namrung, enjoying a good view of the Manaslu Mountains and other mountain chains.
Day 7: Trek to Samagaon
Get to the village of Samagaon located near Manaslu Base Camp.
Day 8: Acclimatization Day at Samagaon
Enjoy the Acclimatization Day having scones and hot chocolate. Spend a day of familiarization with the place's interesting monasteries and beautiful landscapes to relax sore muscles.
Day 9: Trek to Samdo
Walk to Samdo – a beautiful Tibetan village submerged in exotic surroundings.
Day 10: Trek to Larkya Phedi
Today, a challenging climb up to the Larkya La Pass (5160m).
Day 11: Bhimtang from Larkya La Pass
Descend right to Karcha, then to Bhimtang for the well-earned rest after crossing Larkya La Pass the previous day.
Day 12: Trek to Dharapani
Go on through high pastures and trees down to Dharapani.
Day 13: Drive Back to Kathmandu
The final part of the tour can be summed up by a drive back to Kathmandu.
